Vivo is set to hold its Developers Conference on December 16th, and the main topic of discussion will be its upcoming operating system, OriginOS Ocean.
This will be Vivo’s first venture into the world of operating systems, and it is expected to be a major undertaking. OriginOS Ocean is based on Android 9 Pie, and it will be a completely open-source project.
It is designed to give developers a platform on which they can easily develop, debug and deploy Android applications.
